Tapaijiu is a traditionally aged Shaoxing rice wine with no salt added. It is aromatic on the nose with nutty flavours on the palate. This versatile beverage can be used in the preparation of Asian cuisine or enjoyed alongside a meal, chilled, at room temperature, or warmed.
