Tatenokawa Seiryu Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Pure Stream Junmai Daiginjo is made in Yamagata Prefecture using Dewasansan rice milled to 50%. It is light and fruity on the palate, with a hint of acidity and a slightly sweet finish. Ideal served chilled, paired with sushi and fish or try with fried or grilled meats.
