Inspired by his visit to Champagne, German wine merchant Adam Henkell went on to create what is now the top-selling sparkling wine brand in Canada. Marking a return to France for Henkell, this sparkling wine is crafted in the traditional method of Champagne from fruit grown in the Loire Valley.
