Kew Blanc de Blanc 2019

The Chardonnay for this wine comes from a single block on the estate vineyard and was aged for six years on the lees before disgorging. The extended ageing regimen imparts the richness, complexity, and classic autolytic character that distinguish fine traditional-method sparklers. A bright, zesty, rich wine, with citrus, apple, butter, flint and toast. Pair with smoked salmon.
