Marcel Cabelier Esprit de Chardonnay Cremant Jura 2016

This Cremant is from the largest producer in the Jura region, yellow-green colour with fine bubbles. This bubbly shows an intense nose of honey, green apple and brioche notes. Creamy foam on the palate with good flavour follow-through. Sip as an aperitif or try in elevated cocktails. Pair with herbed salmon.
