Stratus Blanc de Blancs Sparkling 2014

Complex and intense with liqourice, lemons, wax and sour cherries, with keen acidity under the bold fruit. There’s a lot going on here: a weighty wine with lots of flavour, high acidity and a dry finish. Score – 92. (Jamie Goode, wineanorak.com, July 31, 2022)
