Tawse Spark Brut Sparkling VQA

Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay grapes. Defined by its backbone of vibrant acidity and delicate bubbles; look for notes of Meyer lemon, baked apple, and brioche. A classic example of high quality traditional method sparkling from Ontario. Sip alongside charcuterie. (Michael Lowe,winesinniagara.com,Dec. 16, 2019)
