Anatolikos Indigenous Yeast Malagouzia Organic 2023

Hand-harvested, organic grapes consisting of 80% Malagouzia and 20% Assyrtiko are fermented with wild yeast to create this complex and aromatic, unfiltered wine. Floral and herbal notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean are apparent on the nose with notes of lemons, nectarines and white spices on the vibrant palate.
