Castelgreve Vin Santo del Chianti Classico 2021

Vin Santo wine has truly ancient roots in Tuscany. This one is made from Tuscan Trebbiano and Chianti Malvasia grapes and was aged in small barrels. There’s a complex interweaving of toffee, caramel and dried fruit notes here. The ideal digestif, it’s absolutely heavenly when served with biscotti cookies. Dunk them and savour.
