Coffin Ridge L’Acadie Blanc

A unique Canadian-made hybrid grape variety designed for our cold winters, grown in the up-and-coming viticultural area of Grey County. Bright aromas of lemon curd, golden apple, and French vanilla notes from barrel ageing. This wine has good acidity and mouthfeel, making it a great pairing for creamy chowder with scallops.
