Dam Chardonnay

This single vineyard Chardonnay is made exclusively from Neufeld Vineyard fruit grown in the Niagara Lakeshore appellation. Aromas of butter, vanilla, and green apple are complemented by a subtle touch of toast. Medium-bodied with high acidity, it pairs excellently with creamy seafood pasta or roast chicken.
