Domaine du Pélican Arbois Savagnin Ouillé 2022

Smoky, toasty notes infuse an appealing core of honeyed apple, almond, paraffin and sun tea. Open-knit and succulent, with a salty mineral rush and a slight grip of tannins holding firm.
