From a third-generation family of winemakers, this is a balanced, refined Sauvignon Blanc sourced from limestone and clay soils. Fermented in stainless steel, it saw five weeks of lees stirring. It’s supple and poised, with notable intensity, well-fashioned fruit notes, a characterful herbal undertone, and Sancerre’s distinct mineral. Electric acidity makes it a great sipper. This will drink through 2028+.
