Miguel Torres Gran Viña Sol Chardonnay 2024

Penedes is better known for cava than still white wine, but Torres built its gorgeous Gran Vina Sol here using Chardonnay. Yellow apple and pear lead, with a touch of honey filling out the mid-palate. The acidity is soft enough to make the wine feel easy and approachable rather than sharp. Toasted almond on the finish.
