Ravine Chardonnay VQA 2022

This Chardonnay brings together fruit from three different Niagara-on-the-Lake sub-appellations, each of which plays a role in shaping the character of the wine: richness from St. David’s Bench, vibrant acidity and minerality from Niagara Lakeshore, and delicate f loral notes from Four Mile Creek. The wine evokes baked apple, lemon, dried apricot and spices and will pair well with herb-crusted pork chops or creamy fettuccine alfredo.
